Viral campaigners have been having fun with the cover of Labour's manifesto launch brochure today. I think the following is a Green/SNP spoof....
MyLabourPosters.org also offer a terrifying future vision, although one that doesn't involve Armageddon
Or what about the plain silly....
Charlotte Gore develops the Teletubby theme with a mash up in her blog featuring Gordon Brown as the rising sun. She also asks how Labour can "promise" to get everyone off benefits FOREVER. Do they really think we are as gullible as La La? Similarly, is it credible to promise 100,000 new jobs? How can Labour be so sure of the figure unless the state creates them itself? Perhaps the Soviet-era design of the poster offers a clue to the sort of "command and control" economy in store. Will they re-instate Clause Four next? Maybe not. They failed, after all, to nationalise the banks.
Any more spoofs out there?

I think that the gaffs in Labour posters and slogans, and Murphy's one especially, bears testament to a lack of funds to engage professional advisers rather than the enthusiastic, amateur, laddies just out of short trousers.
